Mastercolour plc are committed to help protect the environment, and as a printing company be aware of what materials we use, how we can recycle more of our waste as well as use as many products we can from sustainable sources.
Mastercolour plc are delighted to announce that in October 2011 we became an EMAS registered business, we are only one of 10 UK printing companies to have gained this standard and one of only 60 UK businesses to hold this registration. EMAS along with ISO 14001, and the FSC ® chain of custody certification (license code CO21090) mean we can add substance to our environmental claims and remove the 'greenwash' other businesses hide behind. We run waterless plate and low chemistry processing meaning we have reduced our water useage by over 320,000 litres per annum.
